1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United Kingdom and European Union countries.

3. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

United Kingdom: 5–10 business days

European Union: 7–14 business days

Please note that the delivery times above are estimates only. Actual delivery may be faster or slower depending on the time of year, public holidays, peak seasons, and carrier capacity. During busy periods such as Christmas, Black Friday, and national holidays, delivery times may be longer than usual.

4. Shipping Costs

Free shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom and European Union.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track your order directly with the carrier.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.

6. Customs and Import Duties

For EU orders, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Moovari is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

7. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at shipping@moovari.com

Please include your order number and photos of the damage where applicable.
