RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Your Right to Cancel (EU & UK Customers)
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods — no reason required. The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party nominated by you, receives the goods.
2. How to Cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, notify us before the 14-day period expires by emailing returns@moovari.com
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- Whether you want a refund or exchange
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days.
3. Returning Your Item
After notifying us, you must return the goods within 14 days. Items must be unused and in original condition, in original packaging where possible. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or not as described. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Moovari is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method. We may deduct from the refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
5. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described:
- Contact us at returns@moovari.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and photos of the issue
- We will offer a full refund, replacement, or repair at no cost to you
This does not affect your statutory rights.
6. Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Items that have been clearly personalised or customised
- Sealed items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened
